It is a great place, and if you have a loved one that needs assisted living this would be a good place to go. It was an easy transition for my loved one. The only thing that bothered me is they had 3 different directors within 3 months. The staff were accommodating with the hospice team. The chef is a lovely person. The regular staff are wonderful! It is a smaller community, and your loved one gets a lot of extra attention. Its nice they have assisted living and memory care options available.

We are very pleased with what is going on at this community. The staff are wonderful and take good care of my mother in law. We have eaten there and we like the food. They offer a family night once a month and each month features a different theme. They offer morning exercises, devotionals, crafts and they have someone bring a dog in to visit. The community is clean and well kept. The charges are all inclusive and I would recommend this community.

This community is clean and well kept. The staff are compassionate, understanding, attentive and quick to respond when my mother in law needed assistance. The staff was there around the clock. They offer daily activities and social functions that involve the family. This is a modest community and I have already recommended it.

This community looked great and the people I met were nice. They offered daily activities. This was a little to far for us to drive.

Autumn with A Place for Mom is/was AWESOME. She knew that exact place that my mother needed to be and for the right price. All inclusive is the way to go for Senior Living. Elmcroft at Visa Ridge is a nice place for seniors. Lots of activities for them to do.

I really can't think of anything they can do to improve at Lakeside Assisted Living. My mother is is very happy there, and we are very happy with them.

I chose this location because of the convenience for my family. The area is near where my mom used to live. The staff really goes above and beyond to make it like home. This is the kind of people you would want your mother to be taken care of. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet with great landscaping. The food could use a little work but is good. The head nurse is fantastic. Wesley is always going above and beyond to help with anything. Von (head administrator) was really helpful. Stacy is really great too she is the community director and was really helpful moving us in. Just can't say enough about the staff. They really are great from the bottom to the top. The staff genuinely cares about the residents.

Overall, the pearl has been great - it's never easy and I don't think anyone could earn a 5 overall, but they've been great, very supportive and helpful. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Pearl Senior Living to other families.

Management doesn't always follow through with requests. The staff are friendly and it is a good value for the money.

I'm so glad I moved my mom here. The place is always clean. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. The residents seem well cared for. I would give it 4.5 stars because no place is perfect..I recommend visiting at different times to see if it's a good place for your loved one. I haven't been there during activities so I couldn't rate.

The only real complaints I have is with regard to tenant and visitor access. The system in place for securing patients is not by any means 100% effective. I have found the door to main access unlocked or open several times in the recent past. A more effective approach to keeping the access door closed at all times would be to incorporate a mechanical closing device. Using such a device would more likely keep the door secure thus allowing tenants to have the access code and not have to tie up personnel assets for the purpose of monitoring the one and only tenant and visitor access point. This would also help to keep people from having to wait in the elements for someone to open the door from the inside

The staff has all been amazing. Kind, helpful and quick to respond. We have had to also get a private care giver to meet my families needs.

For the most part, it was the best place for my loved one. Most of the employees were wonderful but night visits, it was harder to find staff for questions or concerns. Most definitely one of the nicest and cleanest facilities I've been in. The regular staff who cared for my loved one was great. Weekend staff and overnight wasn't as attentive. RN wasn't always available and some staff wasn't as attentive to my loved one's needs and he did have several falls resulting in injury. Meals and snacks are far better than most facilities. Facility provided daily/weekly activities for residents that they seemed to enjoy. The price we paid for the care and comfort that was provided was worth it.

I toured this facility and it was ok. Not quite what we were looking for personally, but it was good.

Elan Corpus Christi staff is really wonderful and very caring. My loved ones were in memory care. Something to consider is that they are rated as assisted living so as my parents began to decline physically some things were very hard to manage. I called in hospice for both and that helped a lot. They also don't have one on one care so if your parent declines enough that they require that kind of help, it's additional cost to the resident. I would say overall we had a very good experience here.

We really think the staff were very caring and really wanted to make sure all of the residents felt at home. Our loved one did not participate in the activities but from what we saw it seemed like the offered a good amount. We were not able to have a meal there ourselves but our loved one always just bragged about how good all the different meal options were.

I think Grandview of Westover Hills is the right place for me because it works for me. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I really like the fact that I can bring my own things. I'm very surprised at how much I like that - just having my own furniture and things. My apartment comes with a kitchenette, a microwave, and no stove; but it does have a full sized fridge and sink which is wheelchair accessible. I have a huge big window with lots of natural light and a courtyard to look out over. It's not very spacious, but my hospital bed and wheelchair fit nicely in the room. I have a dressing area and a bathroom too. For me, its quite comfortable. I would tell others about my positive experience, and it may or may not be right for you. I would tell others to come, check it out, and see for themselves.

This was a good community, it was more than we wanted to spend.

It is in a great location because of where it it set. They did a really good job and it was well thought out, if you go outside there is a lot of places to be and walk around. The facility inside is well laid out as well. They set it up so every time one of the residents in memory care opens a door it looks like they are stepping into a living room so it feels more like home rather a hotel feel, that really caught my attention. It is a newer place and they incorporated a lot of natural light too.

Experience has been excellent overall. The staffing shortages have hindered better performance there. The activities are getting better. The leadership cares about the residents.
