I just had the most amazing experience at Scottsdale Memory Care. They offered a Virtual Dementia Tour to all of the families who lived there as well as all their staff. I am thankful they offered this event and was happy to see how involved all their staff was in going through the tour as well. What an eye-opening experience!! Thank you!!

We are very happy them. The staff is super friendly, and they keep everything very clean. It's on the higher end of the price scale but you get what pay for. They seem to have plenty of activities. There really isn't anything I would need to see improved. They work so incredibly well with Alzheimer's and dementia patients. We chose based on, Eric, the director and his philosophy about working with the residents and where they come from, and not just medicating them for everything, and they are willing to take the time to work with the residents.

In the words of my 87 year old Mother "If you can't be at home, this is the best place you can be."

This was a month long respite stay. They did a very good job. The staff was friendly, and they kept it clean. They were attentive and responsive. It seemed like they had enough activities, when people would come and visit, he was always busy. We didn't really have any complaints.

They are the best place in AZ. I cant say anything negative, I am so glad we found this place for my mother, they treat her with dignity and like a VIP. It makes my life so much easier knowing she is so well cared for. I can not express how pleased I am with their services, I strongly recommend

They have been doing a very good job. They are clean and friendly. I think for this area they are a pretty good value. They respond quickly to concerns or requests, and have a good variety of activities as well.

They did really well. The community could start encouraging activities. My mom liked it because it was the most accessible. She liked how she was treated well. The community was well kept. The staff were all very friendly.

My mother has resided at this facility for 2 months at this point needing care for her dementia. The quality of the care is excellent. I am most impressed with the caring and skilled staff. The design of the facility is also great providing a quiet and comfortable environment for the residents.

They're very good about communication. They responded to us very quickly when we inquired, and they always give us a call if any issues come up with our loved one just to keep us informed. One of the main things that made them a great option for us was that they were willing to work with my loved one having two dogs she wanted to bring. They really go the extra mile when it comes to care and service. The one area I feel could use some improvement is having more activities, as we do hear from our loved one that she gets bored.

We love it! She loves it! The staff is very helpful, courteous, and friendly! They do activities everyday, and they have a calendar. She likes the food!

They're very fine. They know everbody by name and take real good care of them there. I think I got a very good deal. There aren't a whole lot of activities there but there is an activities director that does a good job. They do things like pass the ball around and take the better patients out for outings if they want to go. My wife is there - she's at a point where she doesn't dislike it, let's put it like that. I'm very happy with the place and remember that these places are negotiable. It's not always the first price that you'll have to pay.

The staff were all very friendly and all introduced themselves. They really seemed to care about helping my dad. It was a very home-like environment, as much as they could make it and was small compared to some some of the very large communities. My dad wasn't there that long so I can't really comment on the value or the activities.

The location was one of the factors for choosing Emerson House, then I met with the staff and was impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm. Every time I've visited there has been nothing less than expected. It is a good size with only about 40-50 residents so the amount of attention the staff can give the residents is better than larger places. I am very comfortable with the care given at Emerson House at River Pointe.

Was very impressed by this facility. I loved the premises. It was very clean and there was a lot of different areas for the residents to participate in activities. Residents all seemed very active and happy. Staff were very friendly. The grounds were well kept and some activities were also available to do outside. Rooms were well equiped. Sounds like this facility really tries to implement things that the residents want. We will definetly schedule a tour for my mother in law.

I would tell others that it is a nice and a good place for your loved ones. The staff are very nice, and helpful. Sometimes I wonder fi they have enough staff, but I don't know since I'm not allowed to go in due to their COVID protocols.

My husband has been living in Memory Care at Renaissance Village Rancho Belago for more than a year. I could not have chosen a better place for him to be cared for than R.V. Very helpful management team, well-trained and caring staff, excellent food and cleanliness.

The staff at Scottsdale Memory Care are very kind they're keeping mom safe. One of the things that impressed me is that they use music therapy and animal therapy. Once a month they have a man who brings in mini horses and that is popular with the residents. My mom has played piano since she was 3, and she is encouraged to sit down and play. When I toured, I was looking out for cleanliness and this place is very clean. I have been very impressed with the fact that they are very accessible. I have everyone's phone numbers and I have the peace of mind that she is being well-taken care of.

This is a excellant community for my brother. He is improving and I am very pleased. He is happy with being with other reside. The staff are always keeping me updated on his progress. The community is clean and the menu is outstanding. He is activie with the other residents. We would highly recommend this community for other famiies for the outstanding care and value of this community.

I had taken a look at this community with my husband for my mother in law and it was defiantly one of our top choices for her. They had a beautiful dinning room and lots of space for all of the residents to fit comfortably. They also offered a great memory care program and had lots of caring staff that working for them in that department, This property was one of our favorite out all of the different places we had looked at it just did not work out for my mom to go there.

My parents have only been at The Grove for less than a month but so far the experience has been wonderful! The kindness, quality of care and quality of meals far surpasses our experience with The Beehive and Brookdale. My father claims the food is 10 times better and they both love the salad bar! The caregivers are compassionate, patient, respectful, helpful, skilled, have big hearts and they always come right away when you call them...laundry and showers are done as scheduled. The staff is very friendly and there are lots of smiles and happy faces. It's been way less stressful for me knowing that I can rely on them to take great care of my parents and that when they say they will take care of something, they do it!
