Horrible Experience
Lots of issues at this place. Rehab is good, but the rest of it is not good. Lots of things the state should come down on them for: saturated dressing, pills found on table, residents waiting 45 minutes to go to the bathroom, rude staff, not following protocol (PPE), not knowing how to transfer residents, dirty linens left on floor, nurses not knowing whether a resident was tested for COVID or not, short staffed, nurses not knowing why the resident was brought there (why in rehab), resident told to soil themselves and then the CNAs would clean them up (because they didn't read hospital discharge papers to know how to transfer), no gait belt in room, and much more. The state really needs to come in unannounced and stay for a month to get a feel for what is happening. They love meetings. They have meetings about the meetings they had. 9:00 a.m. don't expect anyone to help someone go to the bathroom, because they are all in meetings for an hour.

Frequently Asked Questions
about The Manor of Kenosha/Crossroads Property

A Place for Mom has scored The Manor of Kenosha/Crossroads Property 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
