If I call they respond immediately, they do the best that they can. They do not have transportation to get people to and from the hospital. They built isolation places so people do not mix as much as I would like to see. If they could mix with the other residents that would be great. They really care about each individual and their likes and dislikes instead of treating them as a whole group. and that really impressed me. They have an evaluation sheet that they fill out for each of the residents and send it to the family. From administration down they have all been amazing and are so good with the residents and treat my mother the way I would treat her and how I would want to be treated.
