It's always a pleasant experience to partner up with the facility and its staff. They truly have a big heart for our seniors and it really shows when you meet with their residents.

Brightwater is a professional and classy senior living facility. The amenities are many and the care your loved one receives is exemplary. My family is very happy with Brightwater. It is truly a beautiful place with exceptional care.

Brightwater Senior Living of Highland has been a wonderful place for for my father. [name removed] was so helpful in working with me and getting my father settled in there. All of the staff are great! They have all been very helpful and professional. The food is wonderful and facility is beautiful. I am so happy my father is being so well taken care of and am very thankful we found Brightwater.

I visited this community as I work for a home care company that has a resident I am visiting for companionship. I have been very impressed with the attention and care of my client. The community is beautiful and well taken care of. The residents I have been in contact with seem happy and pleasant. There are a lot of activities daily as well as a beautiful dining room. I am happy my client is here.

My parents are at Rosewood Estates and they & we love it. The staff and management are excellent and caring. The pull cords in units call for help and they come right away to assist. They have been amazing during covid to look after residents, provide a clean and secure facility and keep families informed. The facility has modern, good size 1 & 2 Bdm units, lots of windows and balconies, Beautiful dining room, wide decorated hallways, feels like a hotel, cruise ship design, very high end. There are lots of programs & exercise to keep active, music, and socialize so they have made lots of friends. A theatre room, library, pool room, hair salon, music, activity room, laundry rooms, and chapel are available. A small bus takes them to appointments and shopping upon request and tours for fun. Food is healthy and plentiful with variety and choice, Coffee/tea & healthy snacks always on hand. You can request lunch boxes to go out or trays in your room if not well. PSWs or health providers can be arranged through your Doctor to come in daily and they continued throughout Covid to look after everyone so we did not have to worry. Families are welcome to visit, book to join for a meal. We can sleep at night knowing our loved ones are happy, active and well cared for. Call & take a tour.

I love all of the staff there. They are very caring and take great care of my father in law. They have been very approachable throughout this pandemic with communication and have kept us up to date on what's going on with him and in the community, which has made us feel very comfortable. The staff have been very accommodating in caring for him and supporting him without us not being able to be there physically. The staff are just outstanding.

I met with the Manager who lives in the building, very friendly, helpful, staff seemed happy. They had no model suites to show as everything was filled but a resident allowed us to visit her suite, she had lived elsewhere before and likes this place much better, she gave a glowing recommendation. Clean, well maintained building, good meal selection, good location, Bus service and shelter at front door. Shopping and Restaurants a 5 minute walk up the street. YMCA next door, Nature Preserve and trails behind.

What a great place for mum & Dad. They LOVE it there. Lots of fun things to do, great food, good people.

There is new management at Victoria Park and they are amazing. They are compassionate and caring and the community is beautiful.

Can't say enough about this place. Viewed several of these suites and they are all fantastic. Well maintained throughout. Staff are friendly, especially [names removed] who took us through the place. My dad loved it and we went back the next day and signed a contract.

My parents moved in July 2016, and thoroughly enjoyed their reception and welcome. As my mom's illness progressed, they were very accommodating with her need for meals in her room, and brought them to her twice daily. She has since passed away, but my father has remained there, and enjoys the social aspect, and the support he gets from that. It is clean, and well maintained, and the public spaces are inviting and well used. The only complaint I really hear is a common one in most assisted living residences, and that is about the food. Although it does not really substitute for home cooking, I have found the food to be quite good and well prepared, with good variety, just not always to my own taste. But there are alternatives that can be ordered at any meal, which works for those meals that don't appeal. Very positive experience for my parents.

My mom and dad are here and love it. Mom is getting really good help in the memory care unit. Dad is loving all the daily activities last week they had a wreath contest. I love the marketing director [Removed] she is amazing. They have a cocktail hour everyday at 5. It is beautiful and clean. All the staff all the way from the admins down to the kitchen staff they are all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community.

I toured this facility when I was trying to find a home for my husband and it's just beautiful. I don't know much about the staff, but the facility itself is new. When I toured, it was very clean and that was the draw. It was like being in a high end hotel. I wound up having to move him in somewhere else but it was only because of lack of availability.

Everything is going just fine so far! The adjustment is going quite smoothly. The staff are great, and my loved one enjoys the several outings that the residents go on. This was the best that we could have chosen!

My loved one's stay at Mt. Bachelor is going great! The facility is well maintained and the staff are very accommodating. There are plenty of healthy food options as well. Ultimately, we made the right choice in this living arrangement for my loved one!

I like the care that my father is getting from this nice community. The staff is always nice and respectful when I visit my dad. I like that this community serves good healthy meals. They do offer him a lot of nice activities, My fathers seem happy with the care from this nice community. This community comes highly recommend for the care and the value of a loved one.

The staff are helpful, wonderful and responded to my concerns very well. The memory care unit is set up very well as the residents are not able to get lost. The activities are regimented for success. They have a hydration cart they push through the area daily. The community is beautiful and I would recommend it.

Everything is still so new but things are going well so far and my loved one is adjusting. She doesn't participate in activities as much as I would like but the staff does encourage her.She likes the meals as well. I chose Mt. Bachelor because it was close to my home. I would recommend them.

When I spoke to the community they told me they had openings but it was not as close as I liked. They were open and reliable with all the information they gave to me about the community. It was not the best fit for my dad.
