My mother has been in the Caring Village Facility for over six years now. Honestly at 92, I don’t think she’d be around if it were not for her care there. Every time I go to visit I am so impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It literally sparkles. The staff is competent and friendly and I always feel relieved that my mom is in good care when I leave. I don’t understand the severe negative comments I have read about this place. I am a very particular guy and I just find that those comments are not truthful. Please believe me when I say I would definitely recommend this facility highly.

Service and cleanliness is impeccable. The staff really cares about the patients and treat them as their own family. The food is homemade and delicious. We highly recommend it. The staff does there maximum best to satisfy the residence and families

We really like that they keep our loved one safe there, and what they can improve on would be the care from their health care workers. We are paying additional care for a private aid to be there.

My grandfather just moved in to this facility and the environment and quality of care he receives is excellent. Highly recommended if you want to make sure your loved one is taken care of in the best possible way.

It was a very hard decision to place my grandmother in a facility; however, after a few weeks in VIP, I came to realize she was doing so much better there! Staff are amazing and compassionate, layout and activities are well thought for memory care patients. I can say I now have peace of mind the grandma is getting the care she deserves and will be happy in VIP for the years to come.

This is probably one of the nicest memory care residences in the area, it looks like a home rather than a facility, residents are happy and caregivers are compassionate and professional.

We visited several facilities around our home in Coral Springs for my mom and VIP stood out from the very beginning. Their staff cares more than most. The Executive Director, [name removed], genuinely cares about the residents and spends time to ensure that the details are taken care of. Thank you for helping make a hard decision easier.

Gods VIP Senior Haven has been a godsend for our family in providing: professional, kind and loving care for our mother. The staff is highly trained in caring for individuals with memory issues and dementia. We highly recommend this facility and its outstanding staff.

VIP took care of my wife's grandfather who had Alzheimer’s. The staff was very caring and always stayed in constant communication with us. Not sure about all the caregivers but a few of the ones I met had been with the company for many years. I think this says a lot. Thank you VIP!

My father has been a resident of VIP for the past year. He started in section 2 and was later moved to section 3. The care he's received throughout his stay has been outstanding. [Name removed] and the rest of the nursing staff have done a phenomenal job at first helping him adapt to the new settings, and then, helping him always feel at home. Cleanliness was one of the main things that stood out to me about the facility from the beginning and continues to stand out. Thanks [name removed] and the rest of the girls! :)

I want to thank all the staff at VIP for taking care of my father [name removed]. He's been living here for close to 2 years, and after having to have gone through a few alf / memory care facilities prior to VIP, I can't think of having to take him elsewhere. We were having a hard time finding a place that was right for him during these hard times and the staff here goes above and beyond to make him feel at ease. They are very knowledgeable about dementia which has been helpful both for him and for us. We appreciate it more than you know.

I placed my uncle at VIP Care Pavilion and it was the best decision I ever made. The staff is well trained and the care provided is excellent. If you are looking to place a loved one at a memory care / assisted living community, this is the place to go!

This facility really understands dementia/Alzheimer's. They provide compassionate personal care. It's about a 110 bed facility. There are plenty of activities provided for all levels of Alzheimer's. They have live music and singing, hands on games and interaction between the residents. They get everyone dressed each morning and bring them out to the main room where they have there activities and meals. The residents are never left in their room all day, unless they are sick. VIP provides comfortable lazy boy chairs for the rest times during the day. There is an outdoor area where families can go to visit. Staff is very caring and understanding and really works with families to provide the best care for our loved ones. The owner, director and entire staff are exceptional to work with.

I placed my mother here one year ago. It was a very hard and emotional decision but it has turned out to be the best decision I could have made. My mother is well looked after and kept nice and clean. The staff is friendly and communicative. I can't think of a better place for my mother to be. I'm so grateful that places like VIP Care Pavilion exist to help us look after our dear ones. Thanks a million!!!

Small, intimate, clean. Only 20 people. All memory care. Less expensive than the giant Assisted Living with Memory Care Wings. Only drawback for us is no single rooms. All shared. Mom likes her privacy.

My entire family hated this facility. I would rate them negative infinity in every category if I could. Activities are a joke. My father was left daily sitting in a wheelchair surrounded by other residents that NEVER interacted or spoke for that matter. The staff including the director were some of the rudest people my family has EVER encountered. I would not put an innocent animal in that facility.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They have been lying to me about our loved one for months during covid. Scabies and bedsore neglected!! Dehydration!!! Do not put your loved one in this hell hole- it’s a nightmare and they all lie to your face.

Please please please do not put anyone you love or anyone at all in this godforsaken place. I think that’s enough without going into detail, please trust me on this.

Beware beware beware! Please do not put your loved ones in this place there are no words to describe the only one I can think of is evil. Please take heed for your loved ones and for your family
