I highly recommend New Horizons In-Home Care of Roseburg. They responded quickly and professionally helping my mother with her across the country relocation when she had no one else nearby. The communication was excellent and the staff were as well. She is now in assisted living and reluctantly parted with New Horizons, the relationship was so good. I really could not have done it without them. They were a lifesaver. Mom is not easy and I'm three thousand miles away.

All 5s. Can't say enough good things about them. I love that it's a family business. We can always reach someone by phone or text. The helpers/caregivers have been wonderful. Autopay billing. Billing and schedule info available online.

We only used them for a very short time, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. They tried to do activities with our loved one but she chose not to participate. We would recommend this home care service to other families who may need them for their loved ones.

Extremely happy with Mom's aide, [name removed], does ALOTin the 4 hrs she has with mom, communication is good with Agency to Laura - she has stayed longer when needed to take care of Moms needs, Mom is very happy to have her when she is there. I would recommend to others.

Comfort Keepers of Buena Park was very attentive. Was polite with mother up to her passing. We were both there and she did everything up to the ambulance came. She remained polite and respectful even during my mom's difficult times

The owner was amazing as well as the director. We had one caregiver that got to comfortable and sat on her phone all day and didn't engage or care for my mom. I had cameras so I knew what was going on. I notified the owner immediately and within a couple of hours that caregiver was gone. They were amazing. After that caregiver was gone I requested another one that was my favorite. She took amazing care of my mom and engaged with her all day. I never had to check my cameras because of the trust I had in her. The owner worked really hard to get the caregiver I wanted with my mom even with her busy schedule. If I had an issue, it was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend them!!

They were incredibly considerate and so helpful in figuring out what I needed and what my Mom needed. The caregivers are all over 50, so they weren't so young that they couldn't relate to her. Her needs were met for sure and they were able to solve problems for her, which was huge since I wasn't there to do it. I would absolutely recommend them!

We used home care services for my loved one through Cornerstone Caregiving for a brief time and the experience was great. The staff and friendliness were great. Based on our experience, I would recommend home care services through Cornerstone Caregiving to others.

My daughter-in-law did a lot of research, she found Preferred Care at Home and was very impressed with them. They're very personable. I wanted someone for Saturday and Sunday after he came home from the skilled facility, the first girl they sent was very sweet and attentive, and then [name removed] came and has been with him since then, and she is phenomenal. She goes with him to OT, she observes what they're doing and she does those things with him, and she's very attentive. The first few days he was afraid to walk and she got him up and moving around the house and then she worked with him over time to walk all the way around the block.

My family only needed short-term service, the owner and staff members were amazing, very professional and knowledgeable , they assisted us made sure my grandpa was comfortable and well taking care of, they answers all of our questions. For a fairly new company I definitely recommend.

My father is very happy with my mom's care taker. She gets my mom out of bed, takes care of her hygiene and keeps her busy while she is there. I highly recommend their services.

That care is in my mom's home but she does require very little personal care. The activities include a daily walk outside. My family likes Synergy and the caregivers. Communication, punctuality, and helpfulness all get high marks from us. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend Synergy HomeCare to others.

We had made a promise to our dad years ago that we wouldn't take him to assisted living near the end of his life. My brother and I decided with the help of Hospice provider Keystone Hospice and Homewatch Caregivers of Boise/Meridian Idaho that we would be able to bring dad home and keep our promise to him. The coordination with Homewatch Caregivers provided us with the trained skilled people to be able to give dad the care he need at our home until he passed. They did a fantastic job for our family!!

Neighborly Home Care, from my first initial phone call to now has been nothing short of exceptional. 4 Years ago I needed care for my mom, especially in the midst of the pandemic, and I was fortunate enough to find Neighborly and a wonderful caregiver by the name of [name removed]. [Name removed] from the beginning was professional, kind, compassionate, funny and very efficient. So many more things I could on for awhile.... She connected with us and was wonderfully communicative of all the needs and concerns regarding my mom on a daily basis, especially during a time when I was back in work full time. So it was truly a blessing from day one! I can't thank Neighborly Home Care and Nancy enough for coming into our lives at such a crucial time and continuing to be one of the most wonderful Home Care companies I could have ever encountered. This was a care our family needed to be able to keep my mother at home. Everyone was so kind and helpful which made me feel comfortable leaving my mom with whom ever. The only hiccup we had was that it seemed there were not enough care givers who could work only 4 hours. This was all I needed at this time. Other than that I was pleased with everyone.

The folks at Cornerstone were very professional. My family was very happy with the service they provided. They came out and introduced the staff that would be assisting with the home care. My father needed help with showering, dressing and going to the bathroom. Cornerstone assistance was greatly needed and appreciated
