Recent reviews of Nursing Homes in Blue Jay, CA
5 / 5.0

My experience with this community, is that all the staff was very caring of the needs of your loved one and communication was highly appreciated. The tour that was very professional a safe enclosed community that fit the needs of our loved one.

3.4 / 5.0

There are a few excellent caregivers. However, the response time to the residents is slow. They don't have enough caregivers for the amount of residents (some needing more care than others.) They also don't truly offer a diabetic menu.

4.9 / 5.0

Staff in the community is cheerful, engaged, responsive, and helpful. Amenities and facility are beautiful and well maintained, feels like a city with the streets removed with everything on site.

Brightwater is clean, bright, and friendly environment. The staff cares and works hard, but in my opinion there needs to be an increase in staff members. We are happy having our mother here.
