My review of Susan Bailis is excellent. [name removed] , the. Exec Dtr, [name removed] & [name removed], the nurse were all so helpful. [name removed]went above & beyond his responsibility to help & keep Sheila there. Unfortunately, she was not well enough to live there for more than a week & ended up back in the hospital/rehabs several times. I would highly recommend Susan Bailis as a most desirable place to live.

A Great New Home for Mom
My Mom is a resident at Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community and everything has been good for her at this facility so far. The staff is very friendly and diverse and helpful if there is an issue. The housekeeping is consistently good and unobtrusive. The facility was extremely helpful in the moving process, contacting the previous facility and facilitating arrangements wherever possible. They were also very helpful in preparing the necessary paperwork required in an interstate move. I would recommend Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community to others.

A Great Place to Still Be Part of a Community
They have been friendly. The staff has been able to assist with people that are able to take my loved one to the doctor and other items. They have a coffee shop next door and close to other shopping centers. They even have a parking garage under the community. The community takes the residents to different activities in the community and have musical concerts by students come in to see the residents. They have several different options to choose from for cost for your family.

Happy That My Father Is In A Safe Place, Where He Enjoys Living
I looked at several other places, this one suited all our needs. We have been happy having my father at this community. My dad keeps telling me the food is so good, and he will be gaining weight because he enjoys it.

Moving forward
My father had a hard time making the transition to the community but the staff worked with him and he is doing fine there now. The staff is accessible when I have any questions or when my father needs their help. The community is nice, it's clean and my father's room is nice as well. The food is fine and there is a menu for the residents and guesses. My father does not like to participate in any of the activities or the field trips that they offer.

A Place for Mom has scored Susan Bailis Assisted Living Community 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
