A bad place to put your mother
This building designated for elderly and disabled people appears to be abandoned by the Cumberland County Housing Department and its administration. This place for unknown reasons does not keep a manager and janitor for long and according to a few tenants the building doesn't have a security guard for many years. The place is not safe at all and the administration all they care is to collect the rent. I had the opportunity to speak to a few tenants and walking inside this facility and I have to say that this place is dirty and smells bad. I don't understand how the county that receives money from the federal government to keep this place in good condition it is getting away with this. A lot of people in this place are not happy because the bad way they are be treated but they don't have other place to go, so they are stuck here. I am not put my mother to live here.
